Band Sign Up

Historically, recruiting and signing up bands to play in the event has been a project. Not that we have lacked volunteers. Coordinating performance times and venues with a given band is not easy, especially when there are multiple venues and performers involved. In an effort to simplify and quicken the process, we are going to use, if possible, "electronic" registration and waiver approval. Below, you will see a link for a ".pdf" form. Pdf's have become something of a standard these days for sending a document that can be viewed and edited on different hardware and software platforms. It is not perfect, but it is the best thing available at this time.

There are now links on the bottom of this page for two different forms; one for the "main" event on Saturday, March 7th, and one for the All Ages Event, held on Friday, March 6th. 

The forms can be downloaded from this site, filled out and submitted as an attachment

There are some instructions below that work provided you have Adobe Reader "X" (ver 10.1.4) or later, loaded on your machine. If you have difficulty with the form or anything related to filling and submitting it, please contact the email address listed above. State your problem and leave a contact address and/or number to call and we will get back to you quickly.


To open the document, click on the “Band Sign Up” link below.
Now you will need to save the document to your computer. Once the sign-up form opens on your screen, click the “small disk icon” on the tool bar in the upper left corner of the screen to save it. The “Save As” screen will now open. Click on the location you wish to save the file to, use your “desktop” to make it easy to find. 

Though not necessary, at this time you could change the file name to your band name. Just fill in a new name under “File Name” and click “Save”.

You may now close the on-line form on the website and go to your desktop. There will be a PDF icon there named either

“TFF Waiver_2020_Band_Signup_rev01.pdf” or whatever you changed the name of the file to. Double clicking on that icon will now open the file on your computer and you can fill it out.

Once you are finished filling out the form, click “File” in the upper left corner. A drop down menu will appear, click “Save”. The completed form is now located on your desktop. 

Now you can either send the form as an attachment to or you can print the form and mail it to the Racine County Food Bank, 2000 DeKoven Avenue, #2, Racine, WI 53403-2481.
