Here's a photo of our Planning Committee holding a check for the 2015 event.  For some of the members, it was their first event, for others, it was their 23rd.   Their planning for each year's March event begins in the late Summer and continues up to the day of the event. These people work for cheap. A beer here or there and nothing more apart from the satisfaction of putting together a successful event.

The word "Volunteerism" wasn't around when these people first got together, but they epitomized its meaning. Hours are spent in meeting to contact and talk with venues, performers, sound technicians, venue volunteers, local law enforcement and our city fathers. Events of this size do not come off with out a tremendous amount of effort.
